IBM 760L Thinkpad Notebook Computer

Well, I'm almost there! With the help of "HellaNice", I bought a new adapter and drivers that worked and my computer (1995 vintage with Windows 95) is now connected to the internet. Unfortunately, it is operating VERY slowly. I am told that the cause may be the memory, that I may need to install a new memory panel under the door on the bottom of the computer. I am also told that IBM may not manufacture parts for the Thinkpad anymore. Do any of you expects know if the slowness is caused by the memory? If so, do you know where I can get a new/aftermarket/rebuilt memory panel (if that's what it is called)? Also, the computer otherwise works fine but the keys are hard to push. Does that mean I may need a new keyboard? Where to get? I guess at some point I may need to spring for a new computer!

Thanks!

Chris
