IBM Personal Computer 300PL with Xubuntu?

I just got an IBM 300PL (Free at a garage sale, I have a better computer) and it as something called Xubuntu...I dont know what that is and how to use it so I want to know how to wipe the harddrive and get it to windows format. Please help me!

Xubuntu is simply an operating system like Windows, but it's Linux-based.

To wipe the hard drive and install Windows, you need a Windows install disc. If you boot to the disc, it will take you through partitioning the hard drive, formatting it, and will automatically install Windows.
