ICC World Cup 2011: ICC to discuss Shane Warne's prediction about http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750-England match
The International Cricket Council (ICC) is planning to discuss the prediction by the Australian legendary leg spinner, Shane Warne, about the thrilling last-ball tie of the match played between India and England.
He tweeted and predicted that the match would end in a tie, which proved accurate and raised questions about such a strange but correct forecast.
The chairman of the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Ijaz-Butt-c64128 has reportedly said, “Doesn't it sound strange that he should predict it would be a tie. At the next meeting of the International Cricket Council board we would certainly like this issue to be discussed”.
He also added that spot-fixing has surrounded the cricket world, and it is mandatory for the ICC to analyse this prediction tweeted by the Aussie spinner, as it has raised many eye-brows.
The recent case spot-fixing case against Pakistani trio, Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir, found them to be involved in corruption during a match against England. They have been banned from all forms of cricket for at least five years.
This illegitimate felony has still not vanished, and its existence can be felt in the ongoing ICC World Cup 2011. Many players from various teams have been suspected for their involvement in spot-fixing during the tournament.

The former fast bowler of Pakistan, Sarfaraz Nawaz, is of the view that spot-fixing continues to prevail in this coveted tournament. He also said that it is misinterpreted that only Pakistani players are linked with bookies and match-fixing, whereas players
from other teams are also very much involved in the corruption.
He also said that India is the place where majority of betting takes place in the game and Indian bookies are involved in this World Cup.
Nawaz advised the ICC anti-corruption officials to take serious measures to stop corruption. They should be more watchful and vigilant during the ongoing World Cup matches.
