ICON. How reduce a picture to 48pixels X 48 pixels.?

I wish to put an icon on Flicker and it will only accept 48 X48 pixels.

Simply use paint as i'm sure it shows the size down the bottom. If you have photoshop or any other photo editing software, you can also do this by using the info which is given in cm, mm and pixels at the bottom of the page. Then save the image and it should work!
