ICQ, please help, I get weird characters =(?

I downloaded ICQ like 2 days ago and whenever my friend sends me a message when I'm offline I get it as a bunch of wierd characters instead of russian letters. Does anybody know how to fix that problem?

that shouldn't happen so its either that the other persons font is one that is using characters or that your message settings have been changed by accident or maybe by icq.

try and change your settings or write your friend a message and tell him/her about it.
