ID theft letter to lender?

I have to write a letter to my lender explaining ID Theft I have had since 2004. Any ideas on what to include? I am getting pre approved for a home loan...

  1. Bit of Information.. Anything Pre Approved doesn't mean that you will get it and you are going to pay a very high interest rate.. Just include any pertinent information that will clear your name

    Be advised that the only debits a lender forgives is medical bills
