ID3 Tag editing question ??

Question

Is there any way to make Permanent ID3 tags , where I or nobody else can end up Editing them ??

I use Audacity and it uses ID3v1 and ID3v2 Tags .It seems anyone can end up Editing those , are there any others ??

I'm pretty sure there are ID3 tag editors out there that allow you to "lock" them. However, from what I understand, even those aren't completely fool proof...
