Has anyone ordered fake ids online and what were the results?

COMPLETE SCAM my friend went with them about 3 weeks ago. she needed to get it right away so she paid the extra 40 bucks to get the 3 day shipping. she also tracked her payment to them she sae that they got the payment and a week later had still not got the id so she wrote them an email which they claim to get back in 8 hours and 3 weeks later still has heard nothing from them
