IELTS test report form?

Question

Hi, I took ielts in May and had the result form in June. Now I'm applying for a scholarship and they want me to submit the original form, not the copied one. They say I can obtain another original result form by emailing the center I took ielts at (Eurocentres in Lee Green). Is it true that I can do so? And are they right to take my original result form, because I see that on the form it states "the form can be verified online..."?
