WHEN MY SON WAS BORN I TOOK MY CHILD MOTHER TO COURT AND THE JUDGE SPIT EVERYTHING IN HALF, I HAVE HIM 4 DAYS OUT THE WEEK AND THE NEXT WEEK, SHE HAVE HIM FIVE DAYS, THEN VICE VERSA. I WAS SUPPORTING HIM BUT WITHOUT GIVING HER ANY MONEY BECAUSE I DON'T TRUST HER. SHE TOLD MY SON FROM ME WHEN HE TURN 6 MONTH'S AND LEFT THE STATE TO PA. I WENT BACK TO COURT 4X THEY CAN'T FIND HER, AND I CAN AFFORD A LAWYER. SHE TOLD MY MOM SHE'S GOING TO PUT ME ON CHILD SUPPORT. **CAN SHE DO THAT AND WHY? IF I WAS ALREADY SUPPORTING HIM**

  1. If she took your son without leave from the courts and violated the custody agreement then she is more likely to land herself in schtuck trying to get you into support payments.

  2. Actually she can't leave the state with him with out your permission that's actually kidnapping even though she is the mother. The first thing you need to do is get a court appointed lawyer. Then go over what you can to make her have to come back to the state they will probably put a warrant out for her arrest. Then more then likely custody will be taken from her or she will be ordered not to leave the state with the child again. But go up to the court house and discuss it with the child welfare people they should be able to help you out.

  3. Either get a written, notarized document signed by both of you and keep receipts, or get a decree from a judge.

  4. she cannot do that get a lawyer quick

  5. I think it depends on the state laws and what the judge decides.  Since she has decided to move and you won't be able to provide for him the way you once did then I am guessing that she can get child support.  You may want to do a free attorney consultation first to get the correct answers.

    Good Luck
