set her alarm for whatever time you will be getting up, and make sure you are up atleast 30 minutes before her. brush your teeth, and whatnot. then, when the alarm goes off, be waiting on her, and propose then!

Hey i do agree with Lilly,,, i think that would be fantastic,, do candles and some roses some wine maybe < or whatever u like> but yea i think that would be really romantic ,, but i think i'd wake her up about 5 minutes before midnight,, and that way she can get a grip lol and then when midnight hits she will be the happiest woman alive!

and wake her up around like 7 because you dont want to be too early..... and make her a nice breakfast with a little letter on the side that says just for you. and write her a poem and at the very end say will you marry me?

Wake her up at 12am, be creative.  She might be cranky when you wake her, but she will be soo excited when you propose!

I suggest you don't propose on her birthday.  If something sour happens to the relationship, then she has something really negative to associate with her special day.
