You can register for the do not call list.

You can register for limited junk mail.

You are only called for jury duty if you are registered to vote.

If you don't know this,maybe you should not register to vote. That way you can avoid jury duty & not affect the future of America.

Buying a firearm has no effect whatsoever on any of the things you mention, or on anything else for that matter.

They will do a background check to make sure you're not a felon or crazy, but I don't think it puts you on any sort of mailing list or jury duty list.
