  11. I've given this a lot of thought in the past. Absolutely, it would be beans and rice. This gives you about  the most well rounded nutrition for a single, simple dish and I don't think I'd ever get tired of it-- unlike many other things that I even like better but have stronger flavor.

  12. Ice Cream. it has a lot of things we need,vitamins minerals calcium,things for energy,etc. Just be able to mix the flavors from time to time.

  17. The Afrado cheese pizza they sell at Cici Pizza and the 2nd thing would be spaghetti,then chicken nuggets,and then french fries.

  18. LOL! salads. They are gross but healthy more healthy than pizza cause if you weight 400 and eat salads for 4 weeks you  may be 200 pounds.

  24. Probably a salad if that is what I had to eat for the rest of my life. I don't really like it, but it contains vegetables, fruits, and sometimes meat and carbs and there is water in the lettuce. There is also oil in the dressing so I could get my fat. Eating alot of it could fill me up too.
