yes he does want you in a physical way, and in his immature and inept way he is trying to get you excited so he can go farther. You control the situation if you are not ready then tell him quietly to back off. If he does not then take stronger measures, using embarrassment of yelling at the top of your lungs don't touch me.

If he continues to persist it is time to get the adults in your life involved. I would strongly suggest that you get that so called less than intelligent woman, your mom involved. SHe may seem old fashioned but you can bet on one thing she has your best interests in her heart. She'll steer you right .good luck.

depends on the boy, what kind of relationship you have with him, and what you mean by "nasty".

it is possible that he wants to have s*x with you if you are close enough already but I wouldn't call it nasty
