  1. Just politely ask them to please get their dog of you because it is making you feel uncomfortable.

  2. In the dog world this is a sign of dominance.  I had a dog that did this all of the time and our trainer told us to immediately stand up and step into the dog.  Not on the dog and not in a way that would cause the dog harm!  Just step into it's space in a way that say's "get the h**l away from me"  Don't be aggressive about it either.  There are lots of sites out there with tips on how to deal with specific behavior issues with dogs.  And maybe (assuming your friends have emails) send them links to any that you find helpful!!

  3. What makes you think the owner would be offended?  They should be rushing up to pull the dog off you.  If they don't, shake it off yourself.

  4. Why are you worrying about offending the owner, the dog should be trained better if they are going to have guests. Just ask the owner to please control their dog and if they can't I guess it's time for you to leave if it's bugging you so much. Legally people are responsible for the actions of their pets. Would you be worrying about offending the owner if the dog was peeing on your leg or biting you? It's the same really.

  5. leave

  6. just let him finish humping you

  7. Stand up abruptly and ask your host to please remove their dog from your leg. I cannot believe any owner would sit there and let their dog do that.

  8. Gently direct the dog towards your acquaintance's leg.

  9. I would gently pull him off my leg three times, in hopes that the owner would get a clue but on the fourth time I would ask the owner if he could please keep his dog off your leg, thank you.

  10. it is the owners responsibility

  11. Yank your leg away from the little ****. His owner shouldn't let him do that anyway.
