  1. Still no.

  2. No. He is constitutionally ineligible for the office of President. So, under the terms of the 12th Amendment to the Constitution he cannot serve as Vice President.

  3. It depends on one's interpretation of the Constitution.

Amendment XII states that "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice President".

Amendment XXII states that "no person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice".

It appears that Bill Clinton would be ineligible to be ELECTED to the office of president again. However, the Constitution doesn't bar him from succeeding to the office. Thus, Bill Clinton is not barred from election to the Vice Presidency because he is not ineligible to be President. He is, according to Amendment XXII, only ineligible to be ELECTED President.

  4. No.  First off, you don't appoint your vice president once you're elected.  VP is an elected official, just as the president is.  The presidential candidate selects their running mate (for VP) before the election, and they are placed on the same ticket (that is, you vote for them together).

Secondly, Bill Clinton would not be eligible to be VP, since to be VP, you have to be eligible to be President (if the President becomes unable to serve), and since he has already served the maximum two terms as President, he would be eligible for neither.

  5. No, I think that you cannot serve as VP after you have been president.

  6. Considering that it is an elected position...NO.

BTW: The law states that an individual can only be in office for two consecutive terms, Then they must leave office for at least a term.

It does not prevent Bill Clinton from running again, only historical precedent does that.

  7. It would probably be challenged Constitutionally, and Bill Clinton is already campaigning full time for her...so even if she could, she won't

  8. No.  and he wouldn't want it anyway.

  9. No he cannot be appointed as her VP At first I thought he would not have been able to because of the 1972 Nepotism law which prevents relatives from being appointed to Cabinet posts  but it is not a Cabinet post and the person would have to be elected. However, since he had been President for 2 terms, he cannot run for VP because he would not be able to serve as President if something were to happen to her

  10. oNLY if she wants to be perceived as a ventriloquist's dummy, sitting on Bill's lap throughout a fake administration

  11. Sure, why not?

But he'll be first lady as well.
