IF we all vote for Obama, will that mean Martin Luther Kings dream has come true?

Dr. King specifically admonished us NOT to judge(or vote for, I think) a man based on the color of his skin.....Obama's idea page is a blank sheet.  His color and good speechifying are his only assets.  Tell me what he has done or for that matter managed...being a state representative for two years and a senator for 39 months barely qualifies a person to be the most powerful person in the world

First, if everyone voted for Obama that would be ridiculous because Obama has only served ONE term.  and he has no idea what he is doing.  he backpeddles constantly.  But also, no it would not mean his dream has come true.  His dream would come true if a white man, white woman, or a black man was elected as long as it was based on their character and ideals alone.

not necessarily... his dream is that all people are treated equally.. and to be honest, racism and discrimination still apply against certain groups of poeple in the U.S..

his dream will only be fulfilled when racism and discrimination are totally destroyed, not when a colourd presidential candidate becomes a president
