Okay, I brush, twice a day.

BUT I chew nicorette gum, which has sugar in it :--(

So therefore probably this + not flossing enough has caused these 8 {?!?!?!} cavities to accumulate unfortunately.\unfortunately for me I don't have dental ins. LOL! SOooooooooo I may as well just hand over all my savings account/chk.'ing acc. right over to my dentist,ha!

SO DID YOU EVER HAVE A MOUTH FULL OF CAVITIES, CHANGE PRODUCTS/HABITS AND HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN [IF ALL THIS "WORKED"] HOW LONG HAVE U BEEN CAVITY FREE??

  1. try to find a dentist that will work with you and do your treatment over a time that you can afford. cavities don't go away, but your teeth will after they decay away.

  2. You will need to get the cavities taken care of (otherwise they will get worse) then modify your oral hygiene. Brush and floss after meals.

Theres a product called Prevident (requires prescription) that is a fluoride paste, you apply it before bedtime. It a cavity preventer. If you can't get a prescription there's a product called Gel-Cam or Gel-Kam that you can get in some drug stores. It's usually with the teeth supplies. It's not a strong as Prevident but it does basically the same thing.
