IF you play your x box 360 to long wil it get overheating?

i'm is getting a x box 360 but if you play it too long will it get the rrod= red ring of death

i want to play it for 2 hours is that good

that's fine, i play mine with my friends for over 3 hours sometimes and i havent had a problem. but i just got the red rings of death. BUT, i am sure u can play it for 2 hours
