IFO converter to ipod

i want to put a DVD on my ipod, and i already used dvd decrypter to get the files. i set up stream processing and there's VBO files and an IFO file. i need a converter that will convert the IFO file to my ipod touch format. unless there's another way to do that?

iPod can only support mpeg4 video.
