IHelp with a tween moving away party, gifts, party ideas , any help?

I WANT TO MAKE THIS DAY SPECIAL BECAUSE ITS HAR MOVING A TWEEN WITH SO MANY LOSE FRIENDS, I AM ALREADY MAKING A MEMORY JAR AND ONE FRIEND IS MAKING A SCRAPBOOK FOR HER, I NEED HELP WITH INVITES AND HOW TO WORD THEM ALSO WHAT KIND OF PARTY FAVORS CAN I DO AND OR TABLE DECORATIONS THANKS

Make a sign in board.  Buy one of those project boards that fold into 3 panels.  Ask all of the person's friends to give you a favorite picture with the friend and decorate the board with the pictures, glitter, scrapebook stufff, etc. and attach things that only you friends would relate to.  Leave the center for people to sign in on.  That  way the friend can always have it to look at.  A great table decoration is buy those balloon weights from the dollar store and buy some curling ribbon and some helium filled balloons.  Those are cheap and looks great. Invitation wording can include phrases such as "new adventure", "bon voyage", etc...

As far as party ideas, why not let each guest decorate two photo frames...one to keep and one to give to the tween...take photos of each guest with her and that way each guest has a photo to keep and she will have lots of photos of her friends to take with her.  

Have each guest sign a photo mat and then take a group photo of all the guests...

Have each guest decorate a square of fabric with paint pens, iron-on transfers, etc and then have the squares turned into a quilt for your tween...

Party favors could include, besides the photo frame, a stationary set already addressed with your new address, already stamped, and ready to go...email is fun and quick but getting real mail can really lift your spirits.

play this game where everyone has a chair (like in musical chairs) and someone asks a yes or no question, if the answer is yes the person moves over a seat (sitting on peoples laps and such) once you get back to your original seat you win. Its wicked fun I play it at like all my parties, especially when you have like 5 people on one seat. make sure to take pics.
