IKEA poang chair? Worth the money?

I see tons of people who buy this chair then go and sell it in a few months! Does the chair suck or is it good for the money? I would like one, but I'm concerned now. Any reviews on this chair?

it has a nice look, but it gets boring fast

My sister in law loves them and laments the fact as she's grown older and and has arthritis, it's too hard to get in and out of them.

We bought one for my 3 year old granddaughter for her birthday (child sized).

We bought one three years ago (with the matching foot stool) because my husband thought he would like it. He LOVES it and still uses it everyday!  I think I've sat in it a dozen times because he always wants it.  Every so often he'll let company sit in it but not very often!!  As far as I'm concerned, it was well worth the money...
