I weight 108.5 and my height is 4 ft 11 i got b***s and *** its not just my tummy i got some muscle too cu i play some sports but that belly its not just rite wanna see some pics?

i really think im fat and my friends say i am perfect and some say im tiny and skinny and stuff my boi friend says he loves my body although he got no other choice say som som wrong ill beat him up lol but jp jp jp help me!

again im only 14 years old and i dont know i want to know if i am fat or what!

  1. Well i didnt look at the pics, but if you think you're fat do this for a few weeks every day

    get up at 7:00.

    Go for a 30 min run before school.

    Come home , have 2 slices of brown bread with MARGERINE not butter.

    Before getting a shower/ getting dressed do 20 sit ups and 20 push up( increase when 20 is too easy )

    At lunch have something like a salad, soup, healthy sandwich (brown bread) and drink something like water or juice.

    Go for another 15 minute RUN.

    Repeat excersises

    In evening have anything you like for tea but be sensible.

    Supper, 35g of healthy cereal ( muesli, special K. etc. )

    Other tips:

    Eat until just before you are full.

    Chew slowly so you can feel whether you need another bite.

    Hungry? have an apple!

    If you eat for comfort,because you are bored etc. chew gum when you get cravings.

  3. you're not fat. just be happy with yourself...you only live once, spend your life being happy with yourself.

  4. You are still growing at this age. You need to love your body. Judging by your description, you aren't big. You're average. So what, you have breast. At least you have them. Many women get breast cancer and loose them. Start loving yourself for what you really are within. Not out. You can always make the outside look as beautiful as the person inside with clothing and jewelry.

    You are too young to be worrying about this type of stuff. Do this. Look in the mirror when you get out of the shower and find what you feel are your best feature(s). Anytime your mind darts to what you believe are flaws, think about the parts you like.

    Treasure those muscles, they're a sign of health.

  5. Trust me! YOur not done growing you'll grow tall and it will even out. I didn't look at the photos and it sounds like your jus tbeing self concious. If it's not hurting your health then just eat healthy... you stay active with sports... and just weight it will transform on its own. Trust me. You may not think it but it does
