  1. Ok , Erica lets keep it simple,

guess you got mango or banana

cut mango in cubes(remove skin & seed) abt 100 gms roughly,2 spoon yogurt, 3 spoon sugar,100 ml milk and some crushed ice(if you got cardomon u can crush into powder and add will give some added flavour), put all in the blender for few minutes and your smoothie is ready,

you can try this in other combination also.

    Enjoy.

  2. 1/3 cup milk

    1/3 cup orange juice

    1/3 cup cranberry juice

Few Berries - Line 4 cleaned strawberries or a handful of blueberries (washed)

    1/2 banana

    4 tablespoons yogurt

1 tablespoon sugar or honey (or more if you like it sweet)

    5 ice cubes

Blend everything together really well.  It will make 1 tall glass.  It will be delicious!

  3. Well, it's kinda the same with SHAKES. If you have a blender, you can make one. Just drop in a fruit <any, you could also mix if you feel like>. Put like 1 cup or less if you want (sugar), (1 cup milk), and couple of ica cubes. Then, crush all of these ingredients. :D

  4. Ingredients

Milk, fruit juice, or non-dairy drink

    Fruit (fresh or frozen)

Ice (optional if you have frozen fruit and/or ice cream)

    Yogurt (optional)

    Steps

Take out your blender. Lacking a blender, you can make do with a shaker - a cup with a secure lid. Be prepared for a lot of shaking for smooth consistency when using a shaker.

Add 12-16 oz. of milk or a non-dairy drink like soy or rice milk to the blender or shaker. Fruit juice can be used as well for a more tangy flavor.

Add fresh or frozen fruit. Try a variety of fruits and frozen fruits to make the smoothie fresh, original, and delicious. Note that frozen fruit may seem less appetizing because it isn't "fresh," but frozen fruit makes your smoothie thicker. It will be less like juice and more like a smoothie.

Turn on the blender, using the liquify or puree setting. Begin adding ice cubes one by one. Four to six cubes should be enough. If you're using a shaker, simply begin shaking until all ingredients are well mixed and then add the ice to chill.

When you no longer hear the ice cubes blending, turn off the blender and pour your cool concoction into a large glass.

Add a straw and a little umbrella if you're feeling tropical!

    Enjoy!

    Tips

If you're using your smoothie as a meal replacement, adding a green plant powder (available at most health food stores) is a great way to add nutrients and boost your energy.

If you are using a shaker, most fruits will not blend well. Bananas are one exception. Mash a banana and then add it to the shaker with the other ingredients.

Frozen fruit can be substituted for some or all of the ice, making for a brighter flavor. You can freeze your own, or buy them pre-frozen. Trader Joe's sells a variety of frozen fruit that taste great in smoothies.

Adding 1/2 cup of yogurt or a banana will thicken your smoothie, but don't add both unless you have another watery fruit

Balance tart, sweet and savory flavors. For example sesame seed paste makes an interesting counterpoint to kiwi, peanut butter to banana, etc.

If you want to make the smoothie healthier include a scoop of whey or soy protein powder.

    Warnings

Put the cap on the blender!

Watch out for the cutter! It hurts if you cut yourself on it!
