IM SKINNY......WHAT IS THE BEST, CHEAP, SAFE, AND FASTEST WAYS TO GAIN WEIGHT?

I HAVE BEEN SKINNY SINCE I WAS LIKE 6 OR 7.......N I AM TIRED OF IT.......I REALLY WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT TO HAVE A NICE BODY. I WANNA KNOW WAT CAN MAKE ME GAIN WEIGHT FAST.....BUT I WANT IT TO BE GUD, SAFE, CHEAP AND FAST

  1. ramen noodles, really cheap and fattening. fast food. lots of bread, pasta, rice, cereal.

  4. Hello it is commonly acknowledged that fad diets never work permanently. I make the suggestion that you have a look at http://abe5.com/6mp its an awesome site with lots of free help and support. I lost 7 pounds in three weeks by doing as they advised  

  5. wow.  The above posters are all telling you how to get fat.  Don't do what they say.

    They best thing you can do is eat more.  Eat good foods though.  Lots of steak, chicken, etc.  The good news is that you obviously don't have to be as strict about it as someone who needs to lose some fat.  However, what will be tough for you is to eat enough that your metabolism feels satisfied and wants to build muscle.  You've got to be committed to 2 things:

    1) Eating enough calories every single day (eating every 2 hrs)

    2) Lifting weights

    The cheapest and best thing you can do is get yourself some protein shakes, maybe some weight gainer protein shakes, and a personal trainer would really do you good.

  7. EAT! I mean drink like Milk shakes. Im not saying eat and drink fatty stuff. But like Banana shakes, strawberry, etc. Uhm..d**n. I thought it was easy Just eat what u want to eat basically.
