i MEAN I WNAT TO HAVE A FLAT STOMACH I LIVE IN WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA SO ALL THE GIRLS HERE KEEP THERE BODYS TONED AND I JUST DNT NO HOW TO I WANT YOU TO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO TO LOSE THE BABY FAT ON MY STOMACH THAT HANGS AND GET CURVES IM NOT FAT IM JUST CHUNKY ND MY STOMACH NEEDS TO GO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

  1. Get over the jealousy. It isn't necessary.

    Get over the way you're thinking, it isn't healthy.

    There are a BUNCH of studies that show people that are thin have just as many health problems, sometimes more.

    Obviously, health isn't what you're after, so, in the spirit of your question.....eat healthy and get the exercise you need.

    Cardio and effort are the only way to get rid of that little roll, and the effort is hardly worth it to some. You can do crunches and situps until the end of the world, but that only strengthens your stomach, if you want it flat, you have to burn more calories than you take in.

    Find some peace with yourself. That'll do more for you.

K heres what works for me..... cut your meals down.. ave 3 meals a day.. best to stay away from carbs.. like breads, potatoes and stuff.. take a look at your diet.. what do you eat a lot of that you know isn't good for you? Limit that.. that doesnt mean completely cut everything bad out of your diet, but at first just cut it down.. and start exercising.. just a 30 min jog 3 times a wk would work great.. it worked for me.. i cut almost all carbs out, jogged 3 times a week and snacked on raw veggies.. i had a salad every day at lunch, wth chicken and lots of vegetables.. with vinegar mixed with  olive oil for dressing (its actually pretty good) ..  i lost 20 pounds in just about one month... Also... dont be shy of your body type... show off what ya got.. girls arent made to be curveless!!

  4. it's really not hard, trust me.

    i lost 15 pounds in 4-5 weeks doing this, and im only 14.

    stop eating 1.5 hours before you go to sleep,

    allow yourself junk food [ice cream, cake, pizza, etc] twice a week, and ONLY twice a week

    eat 5 servings of fruit/vegetables

    and run 2 miles a day for 3 days a week.

    this seriously works, and the most important is to not eat before you go to sleep.

  5. well do bends and stuff and also do push up. try getting a trainer and tell her to help you with stomach . i think she/he  might say you can do yoga. but i try with myself is i lay down on the floor (make sure the floor is comfortable otherwise you'll cramp your back) and then lift legs up and down but you need your body and including your back rested n the floor.

    (if you need help with putting your feet down and up.call a trainer or someone on your family to move your legs up and down.

    and also if you go outside you can buy a tightner it can be strecthy and it keeps you fat not to show and make a slim body figure get the right size. but its kind of expensive.

Dont eat anything you know is bad....if you have to think about it...its bad...soda ...cookies...cakes...pizza...any fast food what so ever...no fried foods...anything processed to be honest....just eat fruits...fish/chicken...rice ...baked potatoes...vegetables...yogurt...eggs...... bread...cereal..not sugary type!!!!!...trust me the weight will come right off....most of looking good is what you eat...a little part of it is actually working out...LOL...because girls look good even if they dont work out...girls dont need to have bulging muscles...that is for guys...

  7. ummm... have to agree with last 2 answers...and yes I'm laughing at question.

    But you need to cut back on the high calories, carbs, and fats.

    eat food high in protein. eat rabbit foods (salads) and other fruits and vegs. light weights 3-4 times a week and either run/walk 2-3 miles a day. You will have a lean mean body other girls will be jealous of.

    But seriously, if you want to lose weight, WORK OUT. Besides that, eat healthy! You cannot expect to get thin while you sit around on your bum.


  9. Women are meant to have curves - I used to have body issues, and over the years I have learnt that it is okay not to look like everybody else. Instead of worrying about what you look like, why not try just having fun? Play some beach volleyball, take up surfing, rollerblade! You'll have so much fun you will soon forget about what you look like and the weight with  probably fall right off in the process. Life is too short to worry about how flat your stomach is.
