IM looking for a great screen recorder (easy 10 points)?

Question

i want a screen recorder that can record in high quality.i want it to be able to record games and other application and my desktop without lag (AT ALL)also sometimes you can record without lagg but the video is laggy and i dont want that either.i also want to it to be able to follow the mouse, be able to zoom and be able to either record the full screen or fixed regions.basically im looking for the best screen recorder out there.and also i dont care if its free or cost alot of money

Camtaisa is a great screen recorder. And DemoCreator could be an good alternative with Zoom-n-Pan feature. But both of these are not good for recording games.
For game recording, Frap and ZD soft are widely used. And there is a free one Wegame available.
