IM starting to drink water. But i need a taste.?

Ive started drinking flavored water. Is there anything in it, is it practically the same thing?

  1. Instead of flavored water, a lot of dietitians recommend the little Crystal Light packages that you put into a bottle of water. They come in all different flavors and they taste good. Gatorade's Propel is also not too bad.


  2. i would recommend the aquafina flavored water since they are low cal (0-25 calories) or sobe life water that's 100 calories a bottle. plus they supossedly have antioxidants in them.

  3. The first two guys are right. Just stick with the stuff with either natual juice in it or artificial sweetner. If there is sugar in it then it really is not much better than throwing a soda down your throat. No need for the extra carbs and calories if you don't need it.

    You can even get some flavoring in powders or syrup too. This may make it easier to keep a galon at a time at home. They have many flavored syrups that people have been using for many years to make snow cones, or to add to coffee and teas. Some add it to water or milk too. It comes in both regular and sugar free.

  4. try lik some flavored water but check the label anything with Sugar listed at one of the top five ingrediants is not water its junk
