Hello,

As stated above, i am part of a fairly new company and am loking for help as far as advise or reccomendations as far as marketing or a marketing company to generate more business for our company. We have gone through several marketers and have noticed that it needs to be something special for this kind of work. we have over fourteen thousand doctors all over the state of Florida.

Any help, guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to convince the insurance adjusters, taking them to lunch, talking about your service, and the delivering a useful product is the best.  I DO NOT want to ever have to call the IME company for the IME report 6 weeks after the exam.  I want a preliminary status on the day of the exam.  A faxed copy of the doctors finding are great.  I would not expect the full report by any means, but a quick summary is what I want.  Also a good letter written by your company is always helpful and with my approval too.  Show the adjusters your sample letters to the doctors.  Most adjusters are really busy, some places will let you come in with lunch to give your speil, but no more than 10-15 minutes, or you will have lost your audience.  Also bagels, donuts and repeat calls, can help.  Go to any proressional association meetings that have adjusters that would use IME's too.  Hope that all helps!!
