IMG Worldwide signs up Novak Djokovic for their new campaign – Tennis News
For exclusive worldwide management and representation the international leader in sports and media, the IMG Worldwide, hired the reigning world number one, Novak Djokovic. The Serbian professional will work as their brand representative,
making special appearances and endorsements with their business activities.
In an interview, the Serbian tennis ace informed the media, “I’m very happy with how my career has been advancing these past few years. Working with IMG will continue to build off of that momentum. IMG’s expansive global footprint
will offer me a truly unique set of resources to explore business opportunities that simply do not exist anywhere else in the industry.”
In the earlier past, several prominent tennis participants like, Maria Sharapova, Venus Williams, Li Na, Rafael Nadal and Thomas Berdych have a been a prominent part of it. The IMG is major sponsor of several ATP tournaments such
as Australian Open, Chennai Open, Wimbledon and 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.

one, Rafael Nadal. Despite of his personal difficulties, he managed to stand tall. His performance declined at the Wimbledon Championship and at the London 2012 Olympics, he was unable to win the bronze medal.
At the US Open, Djokovic suffered a tough battle at the hands of the British number one, Andy Murray. After a five-set match, he received a shocking loss. He started to regain his momentum by avenging his loss from the young Scot,
Murray, at the Shanghai Rolex Masters. He defeated the Swiss veteran, Roger Federer, in the final round of the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals in the hard courts of London.
