what do I do to lose 20pounds in 1month and have perfect leg s??

  1. eat breakfast

    eat dinner....(sensible food)

    Dont eat supper.....just water!

    Quit drinking juices, energy drinks, pop, and alcohol

    walk very briskly every night for at least an hour.

    lift light weights  and do wall or floor push ups.

    if you have a weight bench or a total home gym....use it.....they really help!

    Take a good multivitamin and add additional B12....they boost your metabolism. Also take flax oil pills....they clean you out.

    if you tend to bloat easily....try taking a water pill

    remember...its only for a month...you can do it!

  3. 20 pounds in one month is a bit exessive, but...

    First thing you need to do is get rid of excess fat that covers the muscle in your body. You do that by eating sensibly, more fruits and vegetables, less meat. You need protein, but you can still get that from nuts and grains. Drink a lot of water. Do not eat before bedtime. And eat at scheduled times.

    Work a lot on cardio: jog, go for long walks, swim, etc...

    For your legs, do leg lifts, squats, or dance. Ballet dancers have fantastics legs from dancing. Take up a ballet class and you'll drop weight and tone those muscles.

    EDIT: Do NOT skip a meal!!! If you skip a meal, your body will store more fat the next time you eat because it thinks you're in "starvation mode". The body is created to store food in case it needs to use it to feed off of later for energy. Eating regular meals is a must to diet! Your body needs to know you're not starving or it will continually add more fat to your body.

    EDIT: And you do not want to take flax oil to clean out your system. If you do this, you will be literally flushing away the nutrients and minerals your body needs. That will hinder your body from staying nourished and losing weight in a healthy  manner.

    The person below me is correct that you should stay away from sodas, coffee, alcohol, and candy, too.
