IMPORTANT! Whats the oldest a babi can be to get an abortion?

I may be pregnant I'm not sure yet but I was just wondering whats the oldest a babi can be to get an abortion? Dont worry I'm NOT trying to get one its just that I'm way underage and if i told my parents they might try to make me get one but I do NOT want one.

It varies from state to state.  But an average is up to around 20 weeks.  Go to www.plannedparenthood.com to find out how late you can get one in your state and the requirements for getting one.  No one can force you to have an abortion.

It's 20 weeks, I believe, and they still need to know you are pregnant because you must begin prenatal care as soon as possible. Don't try hiding it until 20 weeks. Your parents cannot force you to have an abortion.

There is no way that your parents can force you to get an abortion! You need to stand up to them though, if the situation arises. But you CAN get an abortion at any time, even up to when the baby is born, which is called partial birth abortion. This happens when the baby's head is crushed and their brains are sucked out by a vacuum, as the head is crowning. Ya know, Murder! Good luck, though. I would recommend that you use a condom next time or get yourself on some form of birth control. If all else fails, get the Plan B pill.

the latest is 17 weeks but most states won't do them past 12 weeks.  if you find out that you are pregnant go to planned parent hood and ask them how late in pregnancy they will do an abortion.  if it is 12 weeks then wait out the 12 weeks but if it is any later than that you have to tell your parents because to many things could go wrong with you and the baby.

12 weeks, but I have heard about states that allow it as late as 22 weeks. This is pretty crazy and I would not consider doing it this late. It would be an aweful thing to do. As far as your parents forcing you to have an abortion I don't believe they can. I googled this answer and I think it will help you a great deal:

Most places will not abort a baby once you are in the third trimester (6 months +)  unless your life is in danger. At that point the baby can almost survive on it's own, anyway, so you could put them up for adoption if you waited.

Before that, it's a moral question, though it's increasingly unsafe after about 3 months. And if your parents try to make you abort, tell the doctor you go to that you do not consent to an abortion and they can't give you one no matter what your parents say, even though you're underage. The law says that they cannot make you get an abortion unless YOU want one, no matter what age you are.
