IMPORTANT :) do i need to be a VIP to get these tickets? (details inside)?

okay so i wanna go to the bloomsburg fair in PA and see kellie pickler on sept. 21.

i went to the website and this is what it says under ticket info.

"Starting August 2, 2008, at 9:00 AM, we will be selling tickets from the Fair’s V.I.P. Center. (This was the old Citgo Station on Route 11) Tickets will NOT be sold at the Grandstand until September 15, 2008."

does that mean i have to be a VIP member to get the tickets on august 2nd?

if so, if anyone knows, how do i become a VIP?

I just visited their site and saw that you can actually get them online on August 2 starting at 10 am. But if you want to buy them at the ticketing venue instead of online, you don't need to be a VIP member to buy one at the Fair's VIP Center. The announcement didn't say that tickets sold from that venue are limited to VIP members only anyway. Plus, you have another option - buy the tickets by phone. Hope you get those tickets!
