IMac Webcam Help?!?!?!?!?

Okay, For the People that have an imac laptop or home computer or webcam..

when someone sends me a video chat request..it said that the operation has timed out..or i cant see the person i can only see myself..

but when i send them a request it works and everything's normal

how do i fix this?

i already sent the report to apple like 3 times

You can call apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE 24/7.

If you do not have applecare, it is about 30 dollars for them to fix it. You can also bring it in to an apple store. Reserve at apple.com/retail
