IN A BODY CORPORATE situation are the insect screens on the windows their responibility?

If all the units were built with screen as part of the building and in all unit it should then be taken as part of the structure but most often it is a feature and not part of the structure. In the second case it is your responsibility. Read the rules though. If it is a lot of money and you believe they should pay you can take it to court. Then you must make sure of the rules and regulations.

I'm gonna takea  stab in the dark, but if you own the property then the screens are your responsibility, if your in a rental, you need to read your contract and see if there are special clauses for windows/doors. if it says anything about the window being your responsibility, then that includes the screens.
