No, there is no way to make custom maps for Call of Duty 4 on the Xbox 360. As of right now, the only 360 FPS with a level editor is Halo 3 and even that is limited, only allowing you to remove, add and move specific objects. Ok first of all you dont need to edit or make maps for cod4 becuase they are great as they are originally made.  Yeah you may want to put weapons and stuff to pick up like in H3 but who wants to do that when you can choose your weapons that u specifically customize to your standard.  PC is the only moding for cod4f so far but there will be for 360 soon enough.
