IN MY 29 GALLON FISH TANK?

i have 5 zebra danios with 3 cory cats and 1 rainbow shark.i want to get rid of the zebras because in my opinion they are to plain.what type of fish can i get around that amount that are top dwellin fish to replace them?i also want to get 1 more cory cat is that ok?will this make my tank complete or more room for anything else?thanks for any help

  1. Blue Neon tetras aren't plain and they're schooling fish. They're also around the size of a danio. They usually swim around the middle to the top too. Glass catfish are a bit larger but, like to swim near the top. Another cory cat should be fine if you don't have too many plastic plants and you have plenty of hiding places. You may have room for two or one other fish that's slightly larger (depending on your plants and rocks). Good luck.  


  2. silver or marble hatchet fish stay in the top of a tank. They are very flashy and active. They are great tank mates and fun to watch. They claim they jump and you need a tight lid. I have never noticed that in mine but all the same I have a tight hood.
