I heard that the fourth hokage is not dead , he s hiding out some were.,,, it there any Truth to that??????

actually the 4th is dead and he gave his life to seal the kyuubi(nine-tails)in to naruto his son. The sealing jutsu also is the kind of justu that will take the person's life.

People are saying that because they are trying to make the connection that the leader of the Akutsuki is the Fourth Hokage.

That is false as the leader of the Akutsuki is a boy named Nagato who goes by the name of Pain/Pein.

I dont know how people could try to make that connection seeing that the Manga has never lead anything or given any proof that that is happeing.

No, the Fourth Hokage (Minato Namikaze) is dead. He gave his life to protect the hidden leaf village from the kyuubi (nine-tailed fox) with a sealing jutsu which sealed the fox into his son naruto. One thing people suspected was that he was the leader of Akatsuki Pain but later was found to be Nagato. Another common rumor was that Tobi was the fourth but later is reveals to supposable be Madara Uchiha (still have not seen his whole face) the true leader of Akatsuki
