Jealousy, Jealousy and more Jealousy. The Americans give out the most charity than any other nation. They R always sending out Red Cross, and UN to help out any disaster area in he world. The Americans create more jobs for non Americans, than any other country. Some Third World nations are actually in the running to be the next super powers all because of American Outsourcing US Businesses. Everyone in the world loves all US products like cars and clothes the most. Everyone loves to visit New York ,,Yet they criticise the US Govt. that is only trying to defend itself from terrorists(that actually harm everyone)  Its really strange!

But, seriously: Everyone always hates the richest/best/most successful group (example: the NY Yankees). And, b/c it is trendy to dislike America so politicians in other countries use anti-American platforms to get power (example: Chavez in Venezuela). Also, the US does act like it is above the rest of world (disregarding the UN).

Actually, Zapata, the US gives less money per capita than many other nations. They do give a lot - I'm not bashing that. But I wouldn't say they give more than others proportionally.

America not the people is widely hated or disliked by the people all over the world becoz of the leader infront. Whatever happens in the globe, He thinks that he is the only  one can do good for them or even might think himself as GOD. Becoz of this prideness and arrogance he is getting a bad exposure in the party itself. He deserves a lesson...

Because we stand for democracy, equal rights for all, (particularly equal rights for women), separation of church and state, education for all; freedom of choice, religion, speech etc. All that is pretty frightening for a lot of the world. "Danged uppity women getting to drive cars and read books!"

Shocking for some people. Isn''t it ironic is so many hate us, why so many people endanger their lives just to come here?

Many of the world's people hat America because on the one hand, their own media and governments try to shift blame for their own country's ills onto the US. And they hear so much negative from our own media and celebrities traveling abroad.

One of the difficulties with Freedom of Speech is that people are trusted to behave in a civil manner on their own. Few people do so today. They forget that with freedom comes responsibility.

Also, because we are an open society we examine our faults openly. Most countries hide their faults. They may be corrupt and open to s*x tourists, but they get angry if someone outside brings it to the world's attention. Rather they should end the crime than to attack the messenger.

All in all, I prefer our system. We are better off having Sean Penn and the Dixie Chicks than to have lost freedoms.

look i dont really follow ur question,but from wht i have understood u wanna know why people have started hating america.

there are a number of reasons,different from country to country.but if i were to generalise them i would say:

1. bossiness: americans have got this peculiar habit of poking noses in the running of independent nations, which has irked many. eg. iran

2. nuclear: it is the most powerful nuclear nation on earth,arguably,and i dont know why, but does not appreciate when other nations become nuclear!!

3.democracy: there are a number of nations which do not want to become democratic,and are happy the way they are,but america,in order to "spread the word" of democracy has started interfering in their running.

4. wars: america has a long history of wars,and the scars inflicted on the opponent countries have not really been wiped out,hence they want revenge!!

5. religion: america is more or less christian and there are many nations which do not like this fact.hence they fight in the name of god.dont get me wong,i hate it when people think like that!!

6. jealousy: there are actually nations which are jealous of the fact that america is the ost powerful nation on earth!!

7. organisations like the UN and G8 have become quite "USA-oriented",ie they have become subtly

biased,because it is said that about 60% of the UN's revenue is from the USA itself

these re just some of the causes...each nation has its own fundas..some are justified some are not....and i by answeing this question am not tying to justify any of their reasons!!
