IN post construction clean up what is the differance in rough cleanup and final cleanup?

rough clean up is cleaning up all construction debris left over from the project and removing it from the loctaion and final clean up is cleaning everything from door k***s to floors to dusting everything and making it spot less, im in the home building feild

Rough cleanup is when construction of the building has been completed and stopped. The final cleanup, is when the developer has handed the keys to the buyer and gave him some time to inspection and submit complaints if any.
