  1. You throw a party, call the matchmaker for a date, keep talking until more options appear, or you can use that magic thing that makes them fall in love (in the career rewards folder) as to energy there is a hacked product (A picture frame) that ups their personality, health etc...... I downloaded it a while ago, but can't remember where from.

  2. to get to know neighbours - either wait till they come round or walk past  and start talking to them. you can also invite them round via the phone. as for the energy and stuff - there is one to stop it going down

' motivedecay off ' (no quotations and only one space - in between 'motivedecay' and 'off') and yes there are tonnes more cheats: (there is too many to list so follow the link http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/thes...

  3. There are a ton of cheats out there.  Try www.thesimsresource.com for more info.  In the meantime you can use "maxmotives" to get the energy up.  Also, visit insimenator.net  they have a great hack that lets you manage relationships, careers, education, and more.

  4. No you can't go over your neighbors house. When you go into the game, wait a few sim hours and then some neighbors will come over. Greet them and then you can start inviting them over, over the phone. For the teenager thing make the boy/girl talk alot, and then flirt a little and then they will fall in love. The cheat is boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true and that will let you drag the needs, realtionship points, up to where you want it.
