IN your opinion, what is the best place to visit in the Mediterranean during the winter?

In my opinion, it would be a Greek island: Not too warm, not too cold either, friendly and not as crowded as in the summer, but some of the most important things still covered - the food&drinks are excellent, and the walks by the sea and island trekking can always be done, as well as watching the sun set and enjoying the fresh air. Also, if you're into adventure or more culturally oriented holidays, that would be your best choice. All you need to do is pick the island, because there are so many and it's hard to choose:) popular, peaceful, sleepy, offbeat or something else..
