INS I-693: Is it cheaper to have my doctor do the vaccinations vs. have a designated INS MD do it?

The I-693 is an INS report for medical examination and vaccination record. I have no record of prior vaccinations therefore, I have to pay for the $350. package for physical exam and vaccinations excluding x-rays or the physical exams alone which is $110. My insurance is Blue Cross. Is it way cheaper to have my vaccinations with my doctor or will it amount the same with the $350. package? What is the percentage that insurance usually covers? Thank you.

  1. You can have vac's and x rays done at any clinic and save a ton of money. just make sure they give you the records. you will save at least half.  Your cost of INS MD for this med report  I-693 should be no more than $100 total

  2. I think you have to use their doctors.
