  1. He should be sent straight back to Mexico. He's a criminal. We have enough of our own without importing w3tback ones.

  2. Domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and any kind of sexual assault are taken very seriously and are bound to get you deported.  He violated immigration law (most immigration law violations are actually classed as felonies), and domestic violence -- if he is lucky, he will only be deported.  He could do time in jail first, then be deported.  Either way, he is going home, and he will be barred from re-entry.

Thank your lucky stars this man is out of your life forever!  And thank your lucky stars he is out of your life before you actually married him and really messed up your life.

  3. Yep.  He will be deported.

  4. I can only hope there are no children involved. If you want a criminal that is one thing, childern have no choice.

  5. Probably.  If he is a domestic violence offender, immigration will be doing you a favor by deporting him.

  6. The Domestic Violence conviction is more than enough to strip him of his green card and get him deported.  That's why he's on an Immigration Hold.  He really, really needs a good attorney who understands both criminal and immigration law.
