INano 3 Player on Demand Format Error

Question

Just bought the machine. After my first download of songs using Win Media Player I thought it was done so I disconnected it.
Now the screen is blank. I looked at the drive through my computer and the songs were there but the machine does not work. I then tried to format it over again so that I could use it from scratch but nothing happens and now there are no files there at all.
I bought this machine in the Caribbean and it has not manufacturer info. I didn't realize!!
Please Help!!!
