IP address website??

Question

I can't find a certain site. As soon as you go to it it tells you your IP address and it's like on a little sign and you can put it on your website and freak out other people with it because it displays their IP address and what they're running on their computer (Windows, etc). And you can change it to like a little animal holding the sign or w/e. If anyone could find it I would be extremely happy.
