IPL , who is promoting?

oh my God !!! every where heard of IPL now a days. So wanna know Who is promoting whom? Cricket is promoting Celebrities or Celebrities are promoting Cricketers . I really don't understand.

The BCCI, along with the Indian Bollywood filmstars, and some commercial establishments are promoting IPL. In a way you may be correct in saying that celebrities are promoting cricketers, but I think the one thing which both the cricketers and the movie stars are promoting is money. It's a kind of mutual understanding between the players and celebrities, by which both would derive substantial amounts of financial benefits.

usually cricket promotes cricketers everything and others come next..

in the case of ipl --cricket is promoting celebrities and money everywhere
