IPL Queen Liza Malik to pose with Cricket ball
Item girl, Liza Malik, who is known to entertain players, during Indian Premier League (IPL) post match parties, wants to save animals from cricket ball manufacturers.
Liza, who has also proposed to a cricketer during an episode of a reality show ‘Dancing Queen’, was shocked to know that manufactures of cricket balls, use animal skin.
After finding out animals are suffering, Malik has offered People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to pose for the advertisement of good quality artificial cricket balls as an alternative to animal skin leather balls.
“Although millions of fans across the globe are currently enjoying the IPL, cricket is anything but fun for the animals whose skins are used to make balls for the sport, and leather production wreaks havoc on the environment”, the IPL queen stated.
Furthermore, Liza has also made headlines during the IPL, claiming that a bookie, who lives in United Kingdom, has approached her to recruit Indian players for match fixing.
According to Liza, a match fixer, Razaaq aka “Razz”, has been trying to contact her over the phone to help him in cricket corruption, as international players, and, Indian cricketers have been attending her shows regularly.

Liza has claimed, “Razz” offered her 5 million rupees to help him fix matches.
In reply, the item girl has clarified that she is just a performer and she does not have any contact with players. But “Razz” did not believe her and made several threats when she did not cooperate.
