IPOD TOUCH PROBLEM! Need HELP.!

Question

So My ipod touch was in my bag during school then i got home and turned it on and the screen was flicking like crazy. like the backlight of it was completely turning off and on and yeah. But thats not my problem. After turning it on and pluggin it into the computer it charged and then worked fine untill the battery died and now my ipod wont turn back on. Ive plugged it into the computer tried the reset thing (holding both the buttons) and ive tried everything else i can think of.. Whats wrong. what should i do. ??

You shouldnt completely drain your battery. It might be a battery problem if it was your habit to drain your battery completely. Take it to a professional immediately.
