IPOD TOUCH help please!!!!!!!!!!!?

My ipod is frozen and it is NOT showing up in ITUNES! Please help...I have let it die and I still just see the apple icon on it. It is getting hot. I have tried pushing both buttons to make it "reset" and it doesnt' work. Please help!

  1. oh sorry I was about to say press both the buttons but you already said that maybe send it back to apple or try giving it a few days and see what happens.  Is it still under warranty?


  2. The FAQ at apple.com has some good info on troubleshooting and Youtube has tons of videos on replacing hard drives and batteries, etc. (and restoring a dead ipod, if it can be)

    Did it just happen all of a sudden?
